Kia Ora Koutou
Thank you to those parents who saw my text and notice on Skool Loop regarding Cross Country help and returned their notices. If you still have not returned these please send them in on Monday. Next Friday we will be hosting this event – weather permitting of course.
After having this experience of some issues with notices I would like to remind you to please check your child/childrens book bag daily. Every fortnight there is a newletter on a Thursday but due to my absence this week for a tangi and a Principal’s meeting, it is Friday this time. Dates for events are listed here so you can add them to your calendars. The newsletter is also published online on our website. The Term is fast coming to an end but as usual we are still as busy as ever. We have wig wednesday, a show, story tellers, fun run, reports and 3 way conferences still to fit in and there will be notices regarding all this sent to you so please check those bookbags.
Just a heads up but on Friday 28 June we will be at Hato Hohepa for the day – meaning that children on buses will be dropped off there and picked up from there on that day. For those of you who bring your children to school by car we ask that you take them to Hato Hohepa and pick them up from there also. We are doing a Colour Run as part of the Kids Can Fun Run and making pizzas for lunch together. Children will need to wear a white or light coloured t-shirt – preferable one that is a little big for them and one that can have paint put on it – plus eyewear such as sunglasses, safety glasses or googles to protect their eyes. I will send out a notice about this at the beginning of the week that it is happening with more details.
HAS YOUR CHILD SET UP THEIR KIDS FUN RUN PROFILE YET AND CHOSEN THEIR SPONSORSHIP PRIZES?
