Newsletter 4 Term 4 -Thursday 3 December 2020

Kia Ora Koutou

As we near the end of the year I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all and the Staff  for your support.  It certainly has been a different year with the lockdowns, home learning, postponements and cancellations.  We have all learnt some new things this year – whoever would of thought we would be streaming into our homes to do lessons and have meetings.

Over the Christmas holidays I have mentioned that there is a lot going on here at School with all the upgrades to buildings and pathways.  Please avoid the school these holidays so that the contractors can get on with their jobs – they will be here right up to the end of January.

On that note of refurbishment we are having to clear out the library and rooms so that the spaces are clear for the contractors.  We will begin this exercise tomorrow with the Library and continue with the rooms and Sports shed next Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.  If you have some spare time and could come and help with this on any of the days it would be much appreciated.

This Sunday is the Totara North Hall Market Day and we will have a small stall – if you have some items that you would like to donate to us to sell bring them down on Sunday at 9.00am.  We will have some seedings to sell as well.

Our last event for the year is next Wednesday at 5.30pm – End of Year Prizegiving.  I will see you all there then.

As this is the final newsletter of the year I want to wish you all a Meri Kirihimete and a Happy New Year.  Be safe and see you on Wednesday 03 February 2021.
