Kia Ora Koutou
I hope you are all handling the heat at the moment. This is the last week of Summer evidently. The tamariki are enjoying their time down at the Community Pool each Wednesday.
We would like to welcome Mickael to the Senior Class and his family, Ash, Bonnie and Dallas to Totara North School.
Due to these times we will not be holding our usual Fishing Contest so in the next couple of weeks every family will recieve information regarding an Easter Raffle that we will be having as a fundraiser. We will be asking for donations of certain goods each week and also ask that each family sells a book of 10 tickets ($5 a ticket). Of course if you want more we will gladly give you more. So keep an eye out for the information sheet that will be sent out soon.
Our last day of term will be Wednesday 13 March as staff will be attending a Teacher Only day on Thursday 14 March. It will be a normal day with buses running at the normal times.
Attached with this newsletter is a flowchart giving you some guidelines if there is a Covid case in your family and also an information pamphlet about vaccinations for tamariki.
Last but not least – Thank you to those of you who attended our Information Night on Wednesday.
