Kia Ora Koutou
Firstly I would like to thank you all for your support throughout this term with your child’s learning. We are looking forward to seeing you all next Tuesday 05 July for the 3 Way Conferences. If you cannot make your appointment please let us know.
This term we have seen some great learning – there has been some amusing rewriting of fairy tales in the Senior Class. Ms Smith and Mrs Murdoch have also been working with the children on our Performance in Term 4. I have seen a draft and it looks very interesting. These two staff members have also been working hard on our Enviro Schools with the tamariki so that we can hopefully gain the Silver Award at the end of the year.
Many apologies for the postponement of the Inter School Cross Country but with all the sickness that we have had, and other schools also, we decided that it would not be fair on the children to send over hill and dale when they were not at their best fitness. We will hold this next term and I will relay the new date as soon as possible.
Along with this newsletter there is a poster from Lunch by Libelle asking for feedback regarding the lunches. There are prezzy Cards up for grabs for those you complete the survey. It doesn’t take long and they do really want your feedback.
Next Friday is the last day of Term and we will be finishing at 12.30pm, This means the first bus will leave at 12.40 pm and the second bus will leave at 1.40pm. If you are picking up your child please be here by the time the last bus goes at 1.40pm.
Happy holidays and see you next Term Monday 25 July.
