Kia Ora Koutou
Many thanks to you all in understanding the reason for our school closure the other week and fingers crossed that we do not have any more interruptions.
Thanks to those who came to our Information Night last Thursday and to those who have contacted Cian regarding the Fishing Competition that we will be running next term. Remember many hands make light work. If there is still is anyone that can help with finding people or businesses to sponsor this event in some way let Cian know.
Tomorrow we have our first visit to Whangaroa College Pool and thanks also for those who are helping out with transport.
This Wednesday we are off to Mahinepua for our first Snorkel experience with EMR. Due to a rahui in place at Piapia we are unable to snorkel there. This will be followed up with a Trip up to Maitai Bay Marine Reserve on the 16 March. I will be asking for help with transport for this closer to the date.
Keep an eye on the calendar dates below as things do get added, for example Swimming Sports on 17 March – we will travel by bus on that day and details about the day will be sent out.
